Hire Terms & Conditions
All items booked on HugeNumberHire are hired on the following conditions.
GENERAL
The hirer assumes all responsibility once items are in their possession.
The numbers must be returned back in the condition they were received in. The numbers must be treated with care at all times.
Unless agreed by HugeNumberHire, all numbers are for indoor use only. All numbers must be locked away overnight if hiring for 24 hours +. If stored in a locked marquee, please ensure they are away from the sides to avoid water damage in the event of heavy rain.
DELIVERY
Deliveries and collections will be made 7 days a week.
An additional 25% is charged to collect on Bank Holiday’s or Public Holidays.
Please provide a representative to meet the driver at delivery and collection to ensure the numbers conditions are checked.
All numbers must be moved to one location and agreed by the hirer, they MUST NOT be moved from agreed position unless in case of emergency.
The numbers will be setup inside the location discussed with the client when booking. We will contact the venue with regards access times for big events such as weddings / surprise parties etc.
CANCELLATION
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the hire items. Refundable ONLY if we have to cancel.
Our items are of high quality and high demand, therefore once you have booked them, we can’t offer them to another client. Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur a percentage fee of the Hire invoice total.
Less than THREE months 50% of the balance
Less than FOUR weeks 75% of the balance
Less than ONE week 100% of the balance
PAYMENT
The balance is payable ONE week in advance of your event.
A security deposit is to be received 7 days after booking online , if not received, then your booking will be cancelled.
All shortages, damages and losses will be charged for at FOUR times the hire value, so please take care of the hire items whilst they are in your possession.
Payment details will be sent via confirmation email when booking online.
